Frida's Field

Frida’s Field is one of those venues that makes hosting a larger group feel surprisingly easy. The 200sqm reception barn can seat around 120 guests while still leaving room for a dancefloor, and with the bar, commercial kitchen, bathrooms, backup power, furniture, tableware and glassware already onsite, so much of the practical side is covered.

We love working there because it’s a beautiful, clean canvas with a warm, rustic feel. The in-house catering team and wet-weather options mean we can focus on the few styling touches that really personalise the day, ceremony furniture, cocktail pieces, lighting and considered tablescape details, rather than having to build everything from scratch.

Cottage
The Cottage at Frida’s Field is a beautifully restored 1890s coach house with sweeping hinterland views, rustic charm and modern comforts, offering a peaceful base just minutes from Bangalow and Byron Bay.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Music finishes at 10 pm and guests have to depart by 10.30 pm.
- Wet-weather option onsite
- All guests must arrive and depart by bus, with pick-up and drop-off details included on the invitations. Parking is limited to 6 guest cars for the immediate wedding party, elderly or pregnant guests, plus 6 supplier vehicles.
- Dogs are welcome on leash for guest arrival, the ceremony and bridal photos, but must leave the property once food and drink service begins.
