Bar Heather is one of those spaces that already has a point of view. Tucked into Jonson Lane in the heart of Byron Bay, the intimate wine bar takes cues from the energy and romance of European neighbourhood bars, with warm, moody lighting, beautiful timber detailing and a central horseshoe bar that gives the room its natural focal point. The result feels refined without being overly polished. Oh! and the food is DELICIOUS.
