Convivio was an intimate pop-up dinner series at Joints in Byron Bay, bringing together no more than 20 guests around the table at a time.
Inspired by the Italian meaning of convivio, “a banquet with an atmosphere of joy and familiarity”, each dinner was centred around generous, handmade Italian food by Daniela and Attilio Maiorano, local ingredients and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal with others.
The small format made every evening feel personal, relaxed and communal, somewhere between a dinner party and a restaurant experience.
