Bubble Candles

All candles must be placed in a holder or container that fully contains the flame and any melted wax, fully extinguished with the wax set before candle holders, chandeliers or lanterns are moved. Wax spills or damage may incur a cleaning or replacement fee.

Fabrics, candle holders and vases may be returned unwashed, as cleaning is included in the rental price.

We service hire anywhere in Australia. Event planning and styling extends to Australia and beyond.

There's a $350 minimum spend on hire orders, with no minimum quantity on individual items, so you can mix and match freely.

Orders under $500 can be collected. Orders above that are delivered, with delivery priced on travel time. As a guide, delivery within 30 minutes of Byron Bay starts at $150.

Please place your order at least 2 weeks ahead of your delivery date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. A 20% security deposit is held for the rental. It's released within 7 days following the event, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition and there are no outstanding charges. Any costs associated with damaged, lost or unreturned items may be deducted from the security deposit.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE. Where applicable, Mondaine reserves the right to apply a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee to a booking. This fee covers accidental damage to items such as tableware, glassware and small decor pieces, provided the replacement or repair cost doesn't exceed the total Damage Waiver Fee charged. The fee is calculated on the total value of the hire equipment and is automatically included in the rental agreement.

DEPOSIT & FINAL INVOICES
A 50% deposit is required upfront to lock in the items offered by our team, with the remaining balance due four (4) weeks before your event.

CANCELLATION
In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, however, it is transferable to another date should your event need to be postponed. Please note, we require a two-week notice period to reschedule, pending availability.

Should your event be cancelled within one week leading up to the event date, we cannot refund or transfer the deposit to a new date.
